Bio of Presenter:
Sara Brooks is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists in Ontario. She also holds a Doctorate of Music in Choral Conducting from the University of Alberta, as well as piano performance degrees from the University of Ottawa and Acadia University. Sara has worked extensively as a conductor and freelancing musician across Canada.

In 2018 Sara began specializing in musician mental health. In addition to her own psychotherapy practice, Sara now leads workshops on musician mental wellness for organizations across Canada and maintains two social media accounts to help promote mental wellness in the arts. Sara plans to continue her work in both music and psychotherapy.
